Jeffrey "Jeff" A. Callihan, 64, lifelong resident of Mogadore, passed away peacefully after a 6 year battle with cancer surrounded by his loving family on March 19, 2026. He was born on September 26, 1961 the son of the late Donald and Virginia Callihan. He graduated with the class of 1980 from Mogadore High School. Jeff was a man of great faith and was a long time member of the Chapel of Prayer Baptist Church. He was employed for 10 years with Oxycon and retired from First Energy after 31 years of dedicated service. Jeff proudly was a member of the Ohio High School Association for 21 years. He enjoyed being a referee for both High School football and basketball for many years. Jeff also enjoyed coaching, he was an avid Cleveland sports and Ohio State Football fan. Jeff loved the outdoors fishing and camping where there was always an adventure and stories to be shared. And he was well know among family and friends for being the "Food Junkie" knowing all the best places to eat and share a laugh. His greatest love was for his family especially his grandchildren where he never missed an event and now he has the "Best Seat".
He never failed to brighten up a room with his infectious smile, laughter and being the life of the party. He will be missed by all who knew him.
