I think of you often and miss you very much. You were such an integral part of the family that sometimes we feel very lost without you. I try to take comfort in knowing that you aren't suffering any more, and that you are finally at peace. I also try to remember that you're watching over us, and that you will always be in our hearts. You'll always be my #1.

We were saddened to hear of Sam's passing. What a great MAN! Although we have not seen or talked with him for a number of years, he has always remained in our thoughts throughout the years as a kind and generous man. We always enjoyed his visits to our office when he was helping with the start-up of the gym. Our prayers and sympathy are with the family during this difficult time.
