Ted Jendrisak

1949 - 2021

Ted Jendrisak, 71, died September 10, 2021 due to complications from COVID-19. He was born in Akron on November 13, 1949 and moved to Cuyahoga Falls as a child. A few years after graduating from Cuyahoga Falls High School, he enlisted in the Navy Reserves. After his discharge Ted moved to Rootstown, Ohio and raised a family. He moved back to Cuyahoga Falls in 1998. Ted was CEO and owner of Pilot Plastics, Inc. a plastic injection molding company. He had a great love for flying and corvettes. He first learned to fly a helicopter and then moved to fixed wing, aerobatic, multi-engine and jets. He was also a special deputy with the Portage County Sheriff's Office for many years. Ted was preceded in death by his parents, Ann and Andrew Jendrisak and his brothers, Jim and Tom. He is leaving behind, Diane Jendrisak; his daughter, Dana (Edward) Mazalic; son, Mick (Christie) Jendrisak; four beautiful grandchildren, Evan, Elena, Dylan Mazalic, Charlotte Kirsch; sisters, Irene (Alex) Iswarienko, Martha (John) Penne, Lori (Dave) Smith and Marian (Mark) Williams, and uncle and aunts, Cyril, Sherry and Fran Jendrisak. Ted also has many nieces and nephews and a group of friends that loved him. Cremation has taken place and Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Internment will take place in a private ceremony at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery.
