Wanda Redovian Obituary
Wanda was born in Cleveland on December 2, 1950 to the late John and Gladys Montgomery. She was a devoted teacher to her students at North High School where she worked since 1998. Wanda was a member of Temple Baptist Church in Green. Her children and grandchildren were her greatest joy.
Preceded in death by brothers, John and Robert and sisters, Mary Lee and Jeanie, survivors include sons, Scott, Matt, and Rudy; daughter, Angela; grandchildren, Ashton, Gabriel, Alex, Ethan, and Meghan; brothers, Clayton, Lewis, and Larry; sisters, Linda and Joanie; and many nieces and nephews.
Calling hours will be Monday, 5 to 8 p.m. at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd., Akron, where a funeral service will be held Tuesday at 11 a.m. Interment at East Liberty Cemetery.

It has been 10 years since you left us. We all miss and think of you often. l miss you today as much as yesterday...l know you were their to met Matt...All we have left are our memories..The fun and the silly things we use to do.. l sometime just sit back and reflect on when we where young and did the silly little games... You and Matt will be walking with the angles...Love you forever....

Hi SIS,
I still can't beleive that you have left us. I know that you are in good hands with Mom,Dad and the rest of the Montgomerys. I'm sure Matt is taking good care of Rudy if not I'm sure you will let him know. I hope you and the rest of our Family in heaven have a wonderful Christmas.

It can be so hard the first year without your loved one, but the love of family and friends can carry you through. You are in my thoughts and prayers. Wanda was a wonderful teacher. We met when my grandchild was in one of her classes. She was very nuturing and caring to her students. She will be greatly missed.
Please accept my deepest sympathies. I know this Mother's Day will be hard for you and your family. I will keep you in my prayers.

I am so sorry for your loss. I met Wanda at Lincoln Elementary School. My brother, Harold, and Robert were best friends all their lives. Robert was like a brother to us, we loved having him around. He kept me up to date on what was going on with Wanda, we were so busy raising our families it was hard to stay in touch. When I lived in South Akron, Wanda was one of my best friends. She was so much fun to be around, and she was a very loving, generous and compassionate person. She was an inspiration to me. This world has truly lost a great woman. Again I am so sorry for your loss. May the Lord help you through this transformation, Wanda being launched into heaven. Thank you for sharing her with me.
