Carl Cheney Obituary
GALLIPOLIS, Ohio — Carl S. Cheney, 85, of Gallipolis, Ohio, passed away on Monday, January 30, 2017 at Holzer Senior Care Center.
Services will 1 p.m., Friday, February 3, 2017 at the Willis Funeral Home with Pastor Paul Voss officiating. Burial will follow in Mound Hill Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Thursday, February 2, 2017 from 6 to 8 p.m. There will be military services by the VFW Honor Guard.

I have known Carl my entire life. He was not only my bus driver, but also the father of my best friend, Carla. I spent a lot of time at his home. He was a wonderful person, and will be greatly missed. RIP, Carl. Thoughts and prayers for his family.
