PROCTORVILLE — Violet McNeely, 80, of Proctorville, passed away Monday, April 10, 2017 at Cabell Huntington Hospital, Huntington, W.Va.
Funeral service will be conducted 1 p.m. Thursday, April 13, 2017 at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville. Burial will follow in Rome Cemetery, Proctorville. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
