Remembering you as my flower girl in my wedding a long time ago. You always had a smile and lived your family.
You will be missed sweet Amy.

I was saddened to read of Amy's passing. I remember her as a waitress for The Blackeyed Pea years ago. She was quick witted, funny, and a lot of fun to work with. I worked with hundreds of wait staff over the years as a manager for BEPs and Amy was one of my favorites. She "got it" Amy made it fun to come to work. I'm sorry I lost touch with her over the years. My thoughts and prayers are with Amy and her family. Sincerely, Dan

Memories came back when reading of Amy's passing. I lived next door to the Simons from 1961-1966. Amy's older siblings Terry and Sherry and Eddie were my peers. Our family had dinner with them when Amy was about three years old. Amy Jo said the blessing and I still chuckle years later thinking how cutely she had said it. Amil grilled outdoors and offered us hotdogs. Betty had gotten braces as an adult and said they nicknamed her Braces Brown. Betty served an ethnic dish which she said had a little starter in it from previous dishes. Eddie's childhood nickname was Skipper. Wonderful neighbors over our white picket back fence.
