April Dawn Wiederstein-Covalt

April Dawn WiedersteinCovalt was born October 8, 1971 in Perry, OK to Allen & Jeanette Wiederstein. She was a loving mother, daughter, sister, granddaughter, niece, cousin and friend. She graduated from Deer Creek High School in 1989. She attended Oklahoma Christian University and Southwestern Oklahoma State University. April was always caring for others as shown through her job working with those sick that were homebound. Above that she was a loving mother to Hunter (5) and Clay (1) - they were her world. She will be deeply missed by her sons, parents, brothers (Brent and Heath), sisters by marriage (Debbie and Tiffany), grandparents (George and Clara Mae Bryan and Allen H. Wiederstein), aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. After battling for so long, April passed away on Thursday, June 12, 2003. She fought the good fight, she finished the race, and she kept the Faith. Our April won the race! April, we love you and we will be with you again in heaven. Memorials may be made to the College Fund for Hunter and Clayton set up at Tinker Credit Union, P.O. Box 45750, Oklahoma City, OK 73145. Services are 10:00 a.m. Monday, June 16th, 2003 at Edmond Church of Christ under the Direction of Matthews Funeral Home, Edmond.
