BERNICE GEIS Obituary

June 3, 1922 - Feb. 21, 2018 CLAREMORE Bernice Kathryn Decker Geis entered eternal life fortified with the Sacrament of Holy Mother Church on Feb. 21, 2018, at the age of 95. She was born in Long Beach, CA to Henry & Marion (Schorn) Decker and was raised in West Point, NE. She was a graduate of St. Catherine Hospital School of Nursing of Creighton University in Omaha, NE. Bernice has resided in Oklahoma City for the last 60 years. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert; and three grandchildren. Bernice is survived by her 10 children, Joe (Carolyn), Mary Kay (Tom) Kennedy, Susie (Nagi) Magrabi, Peggy (Herb) Zaring, Jackie Geis, Frank (Rebecca), Roberta (Ken) Labart, Ed Geis, Kathy (Chris) Cloyde, and Annie (Peter) Dillingham; also, her 11 grandchildren and nine great- grandchildren. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, Feb. 26 at 10 a.m. at the St. Ann Retirement Center, 7501 W. Britton Rd., Oklahoma City, OK 73132. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to your favorite charity.
