Sept. 10, 1923 - Apr. 11, 2018 YUKON Longtime Yukon resident, Betty J. Ramsey, 94, went to be with her Heavenly Father on Wednesday, April 11, 2018. Betty was born September 10, 1923 in Stonebluff, Oklahoma to Samuel Everett and Vada Mae (Williams) Olden. Most of her life, Betty worked in childcare and then in the cafeteria in the Putnam City School District. She was a member of Yukon Church. Betty was a loving mother and grandmother who was dearly loved and will be greatly missed. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband of 66 years, Finis T. Ramsey. She is survived by her children, Sandra Little of Northville, MI, Samuel Ramsey of Oklahoma City, and Cathey Rogers of Fayettville, NC; grandchildren, Lisa Grow (MI), Robert Little (OH), Laura Shannon (OKC), Christopher Rogers (NC), Nathan Rogers (OKC); 10 great grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Yukon Church. Visitation will be 6p-8p Friday at Guardian West Funeral Home. Services will be 2pm Saturday at Yukon Church with interment to follow at Yukon Cemetery.
