Carl Beyrer Obituary

Carl Conrad Beyrer, age 71, passed away at his home on September 22, 2005 in Oklahoma City, OK. Carl was born May 26, 1934 in San Diego, CA to his parents Forest G. and Enid C. Breyer. Carl lived in California most of his life. He graduated from San Diego H.S. in 1952. Carl attended the University of California at Berkeley, graduating in 1956. He was a 1st Lieutenant in the United States Army. Carl acquired his Master's, Doctorate, and Law degrees. Carl moved to Oklahoma City from Fremont, CA in 1998. He was an active member of many community organizations including the Sierra Club, Neuropathy and Diabetes Associations, and the Unitarian Church. Of all of his accomplishments in life, Carl was proudest of all of his children. Carl is preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife, Omega Beyrer, of the home; his daughter, Roxanne Alee Feher and son Gregory M. Beyrer both of California; his daughter Jolie M. Beyrer of New York City; his son Corden C. Beyrer of Portland, OR; two grandsons, Abel and Aden Rusfeldt and 5 great grandchildren. A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, September 24, at the First Unitarian Church, 600 NW 13th St., Oklahoma City. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to: American Diabetes Association, PO Box 1131, Fairfax, VA 22038-1131. SMITH & KERNKE 1401 NW 23rd ST.

My sincere sympathies to Omega and her family. Dr. Dickinson and his staff remember Carl as always having a smile and a good story. He always bragged on his children and how proud he was of them. He will be truly missed.
