Dear Paula,
With a heavy heart I write this message.
I am so sorry for your loss.
Wayne has been apart of my (Dawson)family since I was 8 years old. One of my fondest memories is of Wayne and his fellow Shriner's coming to the 89ers Day parade in Guthrie Ok. Afterwards we would all meet at our home and have a great time.
What a stellar person he was! A plethora of information and advice.
He will be sorely missed.
Peace be with you and the family.

I am so sorry to learn of Wayne's death. He was a wonderful person and a respected colleague. I had the privelege of helping mentor him through the application process and I knew he'd be a fine Judge. He will be missed by all. Judge Richard Kallsnick, Tulsa ODAR.

Wayne was a true gentleman and it was an honor to know him and work with him. When he decided to be of counsel with RGG Law, it was a great compliment given his distinguished career and his reputation for integrity. Even though others knew him longer, my partners and I count our blessings to have been associated with him in any way. We will sincerely miss him.

I met him when I became a legal assistant at ODAR, and he will always be Judge Falkenstein to me. I always got a hug when he came back as a Representative. Such a sweet man. Thoughts and prayers for his family and friends. He will be greatly missed.
