I know she lived life to the fullest and could always make a bad day good by explaining how to look at it a better way. I will keep the memories close at heart till I see her again. My Prays are with The Family! Karen L. Bird

Darla I didn't know you as well as some, but I thought you were a great person, and even when I knew you were going thru some bad times I always felt like if anybody had it together or had what it takes to make anything better it would be you. I'm glad that I had the opportunity to reconnect this past year. I know you will be missed so very much, but I also know that you are up there where you belong with the rest of the angels. Say hello to my brothers, I know they are happy to see you.

Darla... you and I go way back to our tweenie years when Mustang was just a small dot on a large map, and fun was found by hitting the town's Sonic or Dairy Queen. We lost touch for a few years but when we reconnected a couple of years ago, it was as if time had stood still for us and nothing had changed. We were just older and you were still as sweet and fun as ever. You have been a real inspiration to everyone in your path. All who remain behind you could take a lesson from you in how to treat their fellow human beings. You'll be missed and loved every single day. Soar high my friend... You're a shining star now. <3
