The funeral service was beautiful and we will miss him on this earth. He is now his family's guardian angel! May the Lord bring peace to all those whose hearts were touched by David.

I am in utter disbelief. I went to Mayfair Church of Christ as a kid and knew David and Lisa. Praying for the family and all close.

David was the epitome of all that is good. He was deeply spiritual and always pondering the meaning of life and its mysteries. David was rare in so many ways, and the world will not be the same without him. I am blessed to have known David and called him my friend. I am profoundly sad for all of you.

Our family has been at a loss. We keep asking why? He was a 'strong and gentle giant'. We keep praying for the family. Isaiah 54:10 For the mountains may be removed and the hills may shake, but My lovingkindness will not be removed from you, and My covenant of peace will not be shaken, says the Lord who has compassion on you.
