I worked with Dr. Balding for 7 1/2 years at the Medical Examiner's office. I will always remember him as being "a big kid". He was serious about his work and a joy to be around. He will be greatly missed.

Dr. Balding is a great man, and has always kept an open door policy with me, whether it was personal, or business. I will always miss his laughter, and personality. My wife, and I are proud to have known a man like Larry, and we will miss him dearly.

Cindy, on behalf of the Midwest City Police Department, I want to express our deepest symphathy to you and your family. Larry was a great friend to everyone in law enforcement and especially to me. We had many good times together playing golf in the old days but most of all, I always enjoyed the stories about you and your daughter. Larry loved you both very much and we will miss him. Sincerely, Chief Brandon Clabes, Midwest City Police Department
