MARY HOTTEL

October 30, 1930 - January 14, 2013 OKLAHOMA CITY Mary Louise Dansby Hottel was born October 30, 1930 in Stratford, Oklahoma to John and Ollie Dansby. She went to be with her Lord on January 14, 2013. On June 10, 1950, she married the love of her life, John Quincy Hottel, also from Stratford. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother, and a strong woman of faith. Mary was preceded in death by her husband John, her son Terry Lee Hottel, sisters Ruby Dansby, Sylvia Daniel, Anice Turner, Opal Kidd, and Lorene Bundy, and brothers Marvin Dansby, Alvin Dansby, J.W. Dansby, and Doc Dansby. She is survived by her brother Luther Dansby, her sons Johnny Hottel, Russell Hottel and his wife Laura, daughter-in-law Tammy Hottel, grandchildren Chris, Tracy, Heather, Hayley, Garrett, and Nathan. She is also survived by two great-grandsons Hunter and Colin. Visitation will be Thursday and Friday, January 17 and 18, 2013, at Advantage Funeral and Cremation Services, Oklahoma City. Services will be held on Saturday, January 19, 2013 at 10 a.m. at Southgate Pentecostal Holiness Church, Moore, Oklahoma. She will be buried at McGee Cemetery in Stratford, Oklahoma. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Heart Association.
