Roxanne Hill Obituary

Aug. 28, 1950 - July 30, 2011 JONES Roxanne Hill, age 60, Jones, OK area resident died suddenly Sat. morning, July 30, 2011. She was born Aug. 28, 1950 to Lyle & Elaine Hill in Humboldt, NE. She was the fifth of six children, four older sisters and a younger brother. She graduated from Humboldt High School in 1968 and went on to attend Peru State College in Peru, NE. Soon after leaving college she moved to OK and has lived in the OKC area since. Roxanne is survived by two older sisters Lillian Stevicks of Humboldt, and Lyla Rohlmeier of Piedmont, OK, her brother Lyle Hill of Yukon, half-brothers Robert & Gary Griffith of Breckenridge, TX many nieces and nephews, and lots of friends. She will be missed by all. A viewing will be held Wed. Aug. 3 from 2PM to 8PM at Smith & Turner Mortuary in Yukon with a Memorial Service being held Sat. Aug. 6 at 10AM in Smith & Turner Chapel. Grauated with Roxi from Humboldt in 1968. Have not seen her since but always wondered what she was doing. Sorry we didn't keep in touch. Say hello to Steve, Deb, and Roger.

I have known Roxi since we were girls and she lived with Aunt Lillian and Uncle Fred. She was always smiling and fun in high school. Love you Roxi Sally Stevicks Rieger (Falls City Ne)

I knew Roxanne when she lived in Tulsa, Ok for a couple of years. She was one of my roommates and we had a lot of fun back in the day. I know all that know her, family and friends will miss her she was one of a kind.
Sorry we did not stay in touch Roxanne.
