Sam will be missed by many. I have known his family fo many years and haved shared many great moments with them. My dad and Sam worked together for many years, and I as a youngster had even taken piano lessons from his late wife Pat. My prayers are with you Sammy as I remember calling you. God Bless, your father was a blessing to the Department as mine was also.
