Dr. Ted Baumberger was a true friend, mentor, leader, and implimenter of services and programs for Oklahoma's youth and families. He loved his work and the people that worked under his leadership and influence. We kept in touch, talked aften, and even to the end, he never complained but by phone, met you with that special greeting and inquiry , "about you", and gave that well known laugh, to encourage your comments. He will be missed but stars are in his crown!
