Vincent Scheller Obituary

Vincent Arthur SchellerBorn on June 1, 1962 to Joe Carl and Loretta K Scheller in Albuquerque, New Mexico. He spent the last 37 years of his life in Oklahoma. He was born a "Special Needs" child but in reality was a "Special Blessing" to all who knew him. Vincent loved unconditionally, he loved to sing and raise his hands in praise during church. Vincent passed to Jesus at 9:30 pm, Sunday 1/4/09. He is survived by his parents, Loretta and Merle Sandlian of Tuttle, OK and Joe and Shelia Scheller of Gordonville, TX 1 brother, Steven Joe Scheller and wife Norma of Moore, OK. A large extended family including 3 sisters, Gina Couch and husband Gary of Moore, OK, Melissa Nelson and husband Byron of Longmont, CO, Donetta Sandlain of Farmington, AR 2 aunts, Shirley (Walker) Ely, who helped take care of him during his early childhood, Oleta Noah and husband Chester Noah of Leedey, OK and an uncle, Ralph Walker. Vincent had 3 cousins who are like his own brothers and sisters, Melynda Hutton, Ralyn Walker and Dennis Noah of Elk City, OK. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and was very special to each of them. He was preceded in death by 1 brother, Bobby E. Sandlian, his grandparents Andrew and Martha Jenkins, Carl and Minnie Scheller and Clara (Pud) Sandlian-Thornburg. Vincent touched many lives and he will be missed by all who knew him. Services will be held 1:00 PM, Thursday, January 8, 2009, at First Assembly of God Church, 702 Willow, Tuttle, OK. Interment to follow at Resthaven Memorial Gardens, Oklahoma City, OK. Services are under the direction of John M. Ireland Funeral Home and Chapel, Moore, OK.
