Sorry to see Charley go. We always enjoyed playing games with both of you. We loved his accent. Just a real gentleman who was always fun to be around.

I worked with Charles at the Olean General and He was forever the Gentleman. He and His wife often volunteered to just give people a smile.
He was a good person, RIP Charlie!

My condolences to the family. My father, Joe Turner, worked with Charlie as a fellow draftsman at "Clarks" and often spoke about Charlie as a good friend.
