Elvira DeBeni Obituary
Born April 10, 1922, in Olean, she was the daughter of the late Tullio and Rosa Zerbini DeBeni.
Elvira was a graduate of Olean High School and Westbrook Academy. She later attended St. Bonaventure University.
Elvira worked for Alcas Cutlery for 27 years, and thereafter for Betty Levitt's Professional Answering Service.
She is survived by her friends and cousins.
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by one brother, Ugo DeBeni; and an infant sister, Gemma.
Friends are invited to a memorial mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. Wednesday (May 26, 2021) at the Basilica of St. Mary of the Angels. Rev. David Tourville, pastor, will be the celebrant. Burial will follow in St. Bonaventure Cemetery, Allegany.
Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Guenther Funeral Home, Inc., 1303 E. State St., Olean.
