Emilio David del Busto

1939 - 2013

WELLSVILLE - Emilio David del Busto, 72, died Aug. 10, 2012, in Philadelphia.
Born Nov. 11, 1939, in New York City, to Juanita Sanchez Valenzuela and Emilio Santiago del Busto, Emilio grew up in Brooklyn and Gary, Ind.
A graduate of Alfred University, Emilio was a management consultant, and president and owner of Deltel Inc., a company which trained professional executives in management, finance, accounting and computer technology. A strong advocate for the Latino community, he held classes for adult Latinos teaching them English, and was recently preparing training courses to help disadvantaged adult Latinos gain computer skills.
His first passion was his family and grandchildren and he cherished every moment he spent with them. An avid reader and learner he enjoyed studying history and computer technology. He took great pleasure in treasure hunting, watching World War II movies, and cooking. He also loved to travel with his children, especially to visit family in California and Mexico.
Emilio was a resident of Wellsville and Philadelphia, where he resided with his loving children, Elena and Frederick Stoddard.
He is survived by his children, Emilio Mauricio (Sheila) del Busto, Elena del Busto-Stoddard (Frederick Rhode Stoddard), Ariana (Michael) Chiaravalloti, Amy Searing and Peter del Busto. He was the proud grandfather of Gianna Irini and Alessandra Eleni Chiaravalloti, and Ethan Andreas Stoddard.
He will be eternally missed by all.
A one-year memorial service will be held for Emilio at 11 a.m. on Monday (Nov. 11, 2013) in the Immaculate Conception Church, 6 Maple Ave., Wellsville, NY 14895. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to the church in Wellsville.
