Frank Kempisty Obituary

Frank S. Kempisty Jr.

LITTLE VALLEY - Frank S. Kempisty Jr., 81, of Little Valley passed away Monday, June 23, 2025 at his home. He was born on October 11, 1943 in Buffalo, son of the late Frank and Loretta (Gioeli) Kempisty Sr. Frank was a US Army veteran, having served as a medic, in a total of 23 years of service. He retired as a supervisor from the West Valley Nuclear Plant, and before that had worked at Bethlehem Steel for many years. Frank was an avid hunter and fisherman, and fan of the Buffalo Bills and New York Yankees. He enjoyed baseball and softball, and umpired throughout the area in many different leagues. He was fond of his 1951 Mercury, and loved to restore old cars and tractors. He was quite the storyteller, and wasn't one to shy from conversation.

Frank is survived by two daughters; Cari (Steven) Hunter of Atlanta, Georgia, and Brook (Chris) Goodrum of Charlotte, North Carolina, as well as his five grandchildren.
