I am deeply disturbed by Joe's passing. Oddly enough I thought about him yesterday, Aug. 8 and did a search for his name, found nothing. I was notified today by my sister in Olean.
Joe was a close friend of mine through high school. We joined the Air Force together. I live in Ohio and get back to Olean infrequently. God bless him.
