Keith Gassman Obituary
CATTARAUGUS - Keith M. Gassman, 61, of Cattaraugus, passed away Wednesday (March 29, 2023) at his home.
He was born March 8, 1962, in Salamanca, son of the late Gerald and Donna Landseadel Gassman. On Aug. 16, 2002, he married the former Karen Taft, who survives.
For many years Keith owned and operated his own contracting business and worked throughout the area.
He was a member of the Sons of the American Legion Post 531 in Little Valley as well as the Little Valley VFW Post 8734 Men's Auxiliary.
Besides his loving wife, Keith is survived by three sons Brandon (Hillary) Gassman of Cattaraugus, Derek (Susan) Gassman of Little Valley and Daniel (Stephanie) Gassman of Salamanca; and a daughter, Kristina Gassman of Salamanca. Also surviving are two brothers, James (Roxanne) Gassman of Little Valley and Mark (Ruth) Gassman of Little Valley; two sisters, Lynn (Louie) McClure of Olean and Jeannene (Joe) Wagner of Mortons Corners; 11 grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Private family services will be held.
Memorials may be made to the Little Valley VFW.
Arrangements are under the direction of Mentley Funeral Home Inc., 411 Rock City St. in Little Valley.
