Patricia Zink Obituary
SALAMANCA - Patricia Y. Zink, 96, of Salamanca, died Sunday morning (Feb. 16, 2025) at the Pines Health-care and Rehab-ilitation Center of Olean, following a short illness.
Born Jan. 2, 1929, in Salamanca, she was the daughter of the late James and Violet O'Neil McClure. She was married in Salamanca to Nelson Zink, who predeceased her in 1992.
She was a graduate of Salamanca High School, Class of 1947.
She had been employed with the former Salamanca Print Cutters for over 50 years.
Patricia was a member of the House of Prayer, Salamanca. She enjoyed bowling, dancing and spending time with her family. She will be remembered for her love of animals.
Surviving are two daughters, Cheri (Larry) Stewart and Tami Cooney, both of Little Valley; two sons, James (Tammy) Williams of Napoli and Jeffrey Zink of Salamanca; nine grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and a brother, Ronald (Kay) McClure of Florida.
She was predeceased by a son, Thomas C. Williams.
There will be no visitation. A Celebration of Life will be held at the convenience of the family.
Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the O'Rourke & O'Rourke Inc. Funeral Home, 25 River St., Salamanca.
