Patrick Cleveland Obituary
PERRYSBURG - Patrick W. "Rick" Cleveland Jr., 54, of Perrysburg, passed away Friday (April 25, 2025) at his home.
He was born May 29, 1970, in Jamestown, son of Patrick and April York Cleveland of Little Valley, who survive.
Rick attended St. Pat's School in Salamanca and then would graduate from Salamanca Central High School, Class of 1988.
For many years, Rick drove truck and always enjoyed being on the road.
He previously volunteered as a fireman and EMT with the Salamanca Fire Dept. and Seneca Nation service.
Besides his parents, Rick is survived by a brother, Michal (Michele) Cleveland of Bradford, Pa.; two nieces, Kiera Cleveland of Bradford, Pa. and Sydney Richards of Florida; and a nephew, Nathaniel Cleveland of Bradford.
Private family services will be held. Burial will be in Little Valley Rural Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to any local volunteer fire department.
Arrangements are under the direction of Mentley Funeral Home Inc., 411 Rock City St. in Little Valley.

He will always be with us. His smile, laugh, and love of a good joke...his light in my life is forever. Rick was a present from April and Pat when I was 9...he was my baby, my playmate, and so very special to me, always. I will so miss him; until we meet again I will keep all those wonderful times and memories close.
