I was sorry to hear about Dick’s passing. Him and I had become acquainted through the visits we had at the Olean Town Hall. Dick was one of the sweetest person I knew and was always a pleasure to visit with him. I enjoyed our conversations. Please accept my heart felt sympathy on his passing. He was a true Gentleman. Deepest sympathy.
