Robert Givan Obituary
OLEAN - Robert G. Givan Jr., 53, of Olean, passed away Sunday (June 22, 2025) at Olean General Hospital, after a short illness.
Born July 24, 1971, in Olean, he was a son of Robert G. Givan Sr. and Paula K. Mikolajczyk.
He was employed by Saputo Dairies in Friendship.
Robert is survived by his son, Scott (Miranda) Fisher of Hinsdale; his grandchildren, Greg, Wyatt, Everly and Thaddeus; and two sisters, Christina Smith and Shelli (Scott) Givan-Baker, both of Olean.
Arrangements are under direction of the Mark F. Rinker Funeral Home & Memorial Service, Inc., Cuba.

I am sorry for your loss, I worked with Rob at saputo, and we became friends. He had a great sense of humor and a kind heart.

I dated Rob for a couple years over 20 years ago. I remember that he wanted to be a fireman. We saw a car accident, and he leapt out of the car and ran over to give aid to the passengers. It showed he had a compassionate heart. We remained friends and talked often through the years. I am deeply saddened by his passing, and I will miss him. My prayers and condolences go out to his family.
