Stanley Brundage Obituary
ANGELICA - Stanley F. "Red" Brundage, 85, of High Street in Angelica, passed away peacefully Jan. 24, 2022 at Olean General Hospital, with his wife, Clasa, his daughter's Cindy and Pam, and granddaughter, Heather at his side.
He was born in Hornell on June 25, 1936, the son of Victor Brundage and Marie Hoffman Brundage.
He worked construction for many years, belonging to the Olean Labor Union No. 621.
He belonged to the Coven Motorcycle Club. Red also enjoyed camping, motorcycling, snowmobiling, hunting and fishing. Most of all he loved to make "hard cider," and enjoyed sharing with all his friends and family.
He was predeceased by his parents; and his son, Victor Brundage.
He is survived by his wife Clasa LaFever Brundage, whom he married on Jan. 21, 1956; his son, Mike Brundage of Belmont; two daughters, Cindy (Tim) Greenthal of Hornell and Pam Rice of Castile; several grandchildren, Seth (Amanda) Baker of Colorado, Heather Rice Matteson of Perry, Joseph Rice of Castile; and five great-grandchildren.
The family will observe a private service. A celebration of life will be later this summer for family and friends. Burial will be at the Until the Day Dawn Cemetery.
Funeral arrangements are with the Brown & Powers Funeral Home in Angelica.
