Steven is survived by the love of his life, Christina Elhers of Tully; sister, Johanna (James) Bowman of Allegany; brother, Edward Harding of Belfast; nieces, Erin (Anthony) Bowman of Allegany and Shantel Bowman of Cuba; nephews, Tyler Harding and Dakota (Kristin) Harding, both of Hamburg; six great-nieces; four great-nephews; aunts, uncles and many cousins.
