April Lynn (Dirrim) Eich, preceded in death by mother, Carolyn (Fauss) Dirrim, father Delbert Dirrim, and nephew, Colson Dirrim.
Survived by daughters, Elise and Lauren Karstens, son, Jack Karstens, and brother, Craig Dirrim, niece, Anna Dirrim, nephew, Will Dirrim, and husband, Scott Eich.

May the wind be always at your back
May the sunshine warm upon your face
May rains fall soft on your fields
And until we meet again, may God hold you in the palm of his hands"
A memorial service will be held on May 3rd, 2024 at 11:00 AM followed by a celebration of life luncheon at 11:45 AM at Rejoice! Lutheran Church, 2556 S 138th St, Omaha, NE 68144.

Our deepest condolences to you. We enjoyed so many happy times with April and your family. We will always treasure the memory of times together especially the holiday parties. April was always a kind and gracious host who made everyone feel welcome. April always had a smile and was the life of the party.
We know that words are inadequate at a time like this, but we wanted you to know how very sorry we are for your loss.

April was no doubt a beauty! She threw wonderful parties! I must have met her through Peter Kinnick so we go way back to the late 80´s.
I have so many good memories from knowing her in Omaha to the times we all shared in Wisconsin.
One day sitting on Jean Kinnick´s pier (now your pier!) she took a picture of me and Ian when he was just a baby and when she had the film developed (18 years ago ) she gave me a print. It´s one of my favorite pictures of the two of us!
I am happy to have known her. She was fun to be around. Sadly her light went out too soon. May she rest in peace.
