Brandon Clary Obituary
October 10, 1996 - November 4, 2023
Brandon is an Eagle Scout and lived the scout oath and law in his daily life. He was an avid outdoorsman, artist and reader of many unusual subjects. Brandon served in the U.S. Navy for five years as a sonar tech aboard the USS Boise and USS Albany Submarines based out of Norfolk, VA. He more recently worked as a maintenance technician at fiserv in Omaha, NE. Survived by parents Kelly & Kerry Heffner; siblings: Kameron Heffner, Kirstin (Fernando) Howell-Artero, Cheryl Bischoff, Richard Heffner; nephews: Taylor Howell, Michael Chambers, Zachary & Mason Bischoff; many other relatives and friends.
VISITATION: Wednesday, November 15, 2023 from 5 to 7 p.m. at Braman Mortuary (Southwest Chapel). CELEBRATION OF BRANDON'S LIFE: Thursday, November 16, 2023 at 12 p.m. at St. Thomas Lutheran Church (170 & Q St.). INTERMENT: Omaha National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials given to the family will be used in Brandon's memory at a later date. For more details, visit bramanmortuary.com.

My Prayers are always with your family. I lost my brother Kevin in August 2022 to suicide and I know the pain of not knowing what a loved one is going through, I just have to remind myself that we did the best we could not knowing how to help. I visit Brandon every time I come to visit my parents at the National cemetery. Though I only knew him as a co-worker, I feel a connection to him that I wish we could of had sooner. I pray for comfort and strength to your family. God Bless
