Bruce Rennie Obituary
Preceded in death by parents Doris and James W. Rennie. Survived by wife, Connie Lahey Rennie, sister, Barbara Morse (Donald) and Bruce's former spouse, Cari R. Ladson, mother of their children, son Jeffrey Rennie, daughter Tiffany Carman (Matt) and grandson Wyatt Carman.
After graduating Creighton University, Omaha, NE, Bachelor of Fine Arts, 1971, he worked at the Joslyn Art Museum as a fine art framer and exhibit preparator.
As owner of FramingDun and ZapWrap in Omaha for over 25 years, he shared his knowledge and support of emerging artists and the Nebraska arts.
Co-Founder and supporter of the New Cinema Cooperative, 1978-1981. Bruce cultivated a lifelong passion for the independent film arts.
In his Florida retirement years, after working for Southwest Airlines he freelanced as an event hospitality director and enjoyed traveling to art gallery openings and museum exhibits. He will be remembered for his love of the arts, discerning eye, unwavering kindness, and many friendships.

Remember when Bruce lived in Omaha, worked at the Joslyn Art Museum and ran his business Zap Wrap. We used his business. We had some long talks. I remember his kindness and humor and his laughter. So sorry for his families lost
