September 28, 1950 - July 20, 2024
César Rosales, Jr., age 73, of Omaha, passed away surrounded by loved ones on Saturday, July 20, 2024, ending his courageous battle against cancer.
He is survived by his wife, Janet Dmyterko; and children, Alisa Rosales and Nicholas (Sarah Oliver) Rosales, of Chicago., IL. He is also survived by Janet's children, Carrie (Jason) Martin, Nick (Nikki) Dmyterko lll, Randy Dmyterko, Tim Dmyterko, and Bob Dmyterko; and all of their beloved children.
VISITATION: Tuesday, July 23rd, after 5 p.m., with Sharing of Memories at 7 p.m., at the funeral home. MASS OF CHRISTIAN BURIAL: Wednesday, July 24th, 10 a.m., at St. Bridget Catholic Church. Luncheon to follow. PRIVATE INTERMENT SERVICE to be held at Omaha National Cemetery at a later date. Memorials on behalf of César can be made to Wounded Warriors or Heartland Hope Mission.

WHAT THE. We always started out our conversations with a big "WHAT THE."
It was my pleasure and honor to be your friend. We spent so much time together at school, on the ball field, family gatherings , birthday parties, on a bar stool, Monday night football at my house and Jo would make us popcorn. And I can´t leave out the numerous trips to KC to watch the Yankees. You was the only person who could navigate your way through KC. and that great trip to Yankee Stadium. I´m sure I´ve left out many more memories. I knew that this time would come. Saying goodbye to you was one of the hardest things I´ve ever had to do. I´ll never ever do those last words you said to Phil and myself, " see you on the other side ". Have fun with all that God has planned for you. I love you Cesar. WHAT THE.
