November 15, 1975 - November 18, 2023
Preceded in death by his father, Lynn Abbott. Survived by his loving wife of 24 years, Amie; sons, Gaven and Brecken; mother, Ruth Abbott; brother, Andrew Abbott; his extended family, many good friends and his fellow police officers on the Bellevue Police Department.
MEMORIAL SERVICE: Tuesday, November 28, 2023, at 10:30 a.m., at Bellevue Christian Center with INTERMENT of the urn at the Glenwood Cemetery, Glenwood, IA. The FUNERAL may be viewed online at https://heartstreaming.link/christopher-l-abbott VISITATION with the family Monday, November 27, 2023, from 5 to 8 p.m., at Bellevue Christian Center. The VISITATION may be viewed online at https://youtu.be/71m2NbUnu48?feature=share The family requests no flowers. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family through the Omaha Police Credit Union.
