Danielle Cisney Obituary

Danielle Cisney, (45) beloved daughter, sister, niece, life partner, and cherished colleague departed from this world on January 2, 2024. She leaves behind a legacy of love and dedication that will be forever treasured by those whose lives she touched.

Born to Brenda Gamblin and the late Ed Cisney, Danielle's vibrant spirit graced the lives of her family and friends. Danielle graduated from Burke High School in Omaha and later attended the University of Nebraska, Lincoln. She shared a deep bond with her brother Marcus Cisney of Colombia, South America, and found enduring companionship with her life partner, Andy Aschenbrener.

For 21 years, Danielle devoted herself to Ford Motor Credit, leaving an indelible mark with her dedication and hard work. Her presence resonated not only with her family but also among her many co-workers, who will fondly remember her commitment and kindness.

In her honor, a memorial service, followed by a celebration of her life will be held on Saturday, January 13, 2024, from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm at Villa Aletta, 4714 N. 120th Street, Omaha. A luncheon will follow. This gathering stands as a testament to the impact Danielle had on the hearts and lives of those around her. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Epilepsy Foundation at give.epilepsy.com

Danielle's absence leaves a void, yet her memory will continue to thrive through the stories, love, and shared moments she gifted to us all. She will be profoundly missed and lovingly remembered.

Danielle
God Bless You.
We had a great time working Kenny K. getting your garage wired and some outlets outside.
Adding on to your deck was, believe me fun as well Danielle.
You are really something, so is Brenda.
Happy 2025.

Danielle is one of if not the gentlest sincerest person along with Mom Brenda we know, knew.
We remember her well planned, everything in it's place and a step above meal presentations on several occasions. As an example I was a Heinz 57 person, then stepped to the 1984 version, Danielle had a Lea and Perrins taste. We had a plastic tablecloth, she had a white stain resistant. Our silverware was on the right, with Danielle her presentation also had the proper items on the left.
She never raised her voice.
We remember the first time Danielle came over the house, she wanted to see Nino, he was always locked in a room, but she wanted to see him. We stood Danielle up on a chair in the corner of the dining room, surrounded her chair with family and then let Nino out of his cage, he roared out looking for something new, Danielle! I believe she said he looks nice. This also happened with Casey. Danielle and Brenda took care of us and we all had fun helping where we could.
This is quite an event Danielle and we're all with you for the longest time.
