Omaha. Born in Olathe, KS. Raised in Rawlins, WY. Dawn is a Cosmotologist at Super Cuts in Bellevue. Survivors include husband, Ryan of Omaha; mother and father-in-law, Mike and Debra Kellogg of Elkhorn, NE; parents, Charles and Carolyn Frakes of Suprise, AZ; sister Amy Frakes of Omaha; seven other brothers and sisters.
VISITATION Friday 6-8pm at Funeral Home. FUNERAL SERVICES Saturday 11am at Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, 2226 Ave. I, Council Bluffs. Luncheon will follow services. Family Interment at a later date. CUTLER-O'NEILL-MEYER-WOODRING

In My Pocket
I have memories in my pocket.
They rattle among the change.
My memories of you are treasures I carry wherever I go.
They are stored in bits and pieces, parts of a beautiful whole
They give me comfort when I think I am alone.
Yes, I have memories in my pocket, like so much other stuff I keep there.
But of all the treasures I have, it’s the memories of you that are the most precious.
