Denise is preceded in death by her father, Philip Czaplewski. She is survived by her daughter, Chelsea (Aron) Goodner; mother, Glenda Czaplewski; brother, David (Kim) Czaplewski; two grandchildren; two nephews; aunts; uncles; and cousins.
MEMORIAL SERVICE: Wednesday, December 18, at 10 a.m., with burial to follow at Westlawn-Hillcrest.
