Dennis Samuelson Obituary
Jun 25, 1945 - Apr 28, 2013
Age 68 of Omaha. Passed away peacefully at home, as was his wish. Dennis was born in Jamestown, NY, the son of Ralph F. Samuelson and Elizabeth Graham Samuelson. He graduated from Jamestown High School in 1963, and attended Jamestown Community College. Prior to his retirement in 2007, he worked for the Nash-Finch Company in Appleton, WI and Omaha. He previously worked for Tops Market in New York and Pennsylvania. He was a Past Master of Union Lodge #334 (Bradford, PA); Treasurer of the Orak Grotto (Bradford, PA); a 32nd Degree Member of the Scottish Rite (Omaha); Past Worshipful Master of the Rose Croix (Omaha); Past Master of the Knights of St. Andrew (Omaha); and Past President of the Mobile Nobles at the Tangier Shrine (Omaha). Surviving him are his wife of 48 years, Kathleen Carr Samuelson of Omaha; daughter, Teresa Van Hout (Chuck) of Brocton, NY; son, Eric (Gary) Samuelson of Mechan-icsburg, PA; 4 grandchildren, Joshua (Christina) Van Hout of Mechanics-burg, Zach Van Hout of Tampa, FL, Nathaniel, and Abigail Van Hout of Broc-ton; and brother Brian Samuelson of Jamestown.
Plans for a Memorial Service will be announced later. Memorials may be made to the Scottish Rite of Omaha for help in preserving the historic building. CHAPEL of MEMORIES

So sorry to hear of your loss. I worked with Dennis at Nash Finch for many years. He loved a good bratwurst and golf. Dennis organized several tournaments for the guys at the DC. He had a great sense of humor and was fun to be around. We will miss him.
