Age 83. Wahoo, NE. Died at South Haven Living Center in Wahoo. He was born in Weston, NE to Adoph and Marie (Havel) Virgl. Don served in the US Army during the Korean War. He was a farm equipment dealer for 40 years. He is survived by his wife Alice; sons and daughters in law, John and Amy, Wahoo, Paul and Dotty, Weston, Tom and Jill, Seattle, WA, Jim and Deb, Yutan, NE, and Dean and Geri, Lincoln, NE; grandchildren, Lizzie and Becky Virgl, Laura Virgl, Mike, Justin and Jason Virgl, Alicia and husband Brandon Mizner, Brett and Jake Virgl, Courtney and Bethany Virgl. Preceded in death by his parents; sister, Mildred Cuda; brother, Robert Virgl Sr.
Mass of Christian Burial Monday, May 21, 2012 at 2pm at St. Wenceslaus Catholic Church, Wahoo. Rev. Charles Townsend, clergy. Interment St. Francis Cemetery with military honors by VFW Post #4502 and American Legion Posts #308 and #82. VISITATION Sunday 2-4pm at Svoboda Funeral Home and after 6pm at the church with a Knights of Columbus Rosary at 7pm also one hour VISITATION before service Monday; also, a Parish Rosary will take place at 1:30pm Monday at the church. Memorials for Masses, St. Wenceslaus Church or to the family for a future designation. SVOBODA FUNERAL HOME
