Preceded in death by Spouse Beverly Madison, married 55 years; Brother Leon Madison, NC; and Step Brother Richard Thomas, IA.
Survived by Sons Douglas Madison (Colleen), Papillion, NE, and Scott Madison, Omaha, NE.
Grandchildren, Skylar and Ty Madison; Brother Gary Madison (Dixie), IA. Special Friend Sylvia Miller, Canada. Stepbrothers and Sisters: Betty Jo Collins, AR, Roberta (Gary) Moore, VA, Larry Thomas, IL, Rosemarie (Jim) Sterbenz, IL.
Services will be held on Monday, April 28th at St. Matthew's Lutheran Church, 1725 S. 60th Street. Visitation at 10:00 AM, Memorial Service at 11:00 AM, interment will follow, and Lunch at 1:00 PM.
