Omaha. Preceded in death by first wife, Phyllis; and son, Greg. Survived by wife, Pat; children, Jeff (Imaleda), Paul (Karyn), and Jennifer (Matthew) Carrick; step-children, Jim (Deb) Jones, Mike (Hong) Jones, and Leanna Jones; many grandchildren, and great-grandchildren; brother, Leonard (Jeanette); family and friends.
MEMORIAL SERVICE: 11am Wednesday, April 27, at Northwest Hills United Church of Christ, 9334 Fort St.
