Growing up on Olin Ave 1955-1963 Mike & I were inseparable. Jefferson Grsde School. CUB Scouts
1st Central Church etc. The many Rydbergs/Hallstrom picnic weekend trips to Venice Lakes & the 3 longer family trips to Greeley & Estes Park Colorado. Our Mom's 'water ballets' in the pool at River Court, our climb up Harry Richter mountain above the Devil's Gulch. Basketball in our driveways & football up next to the old 'haunted house.
Our later lives took us different ways but our brotherly bond remained. I am very proud to learn of the man that Mike became. And like Jack Medick said... "God Speed."

So many memories. I moved into Westwood Heights in 1960 and Chuck Logan and Mike were running buddies daily. Little League champs every year, Westwood swimming pool bums, walking to Beveridge Jr Hi, sand lot football, biking to Peony Park or Millard, and Mrs Rydberg´s french toast.
I pray for Peace for Nancy and family, and feel so Blessed to have had the opportunity to know and experience life with my friend in a much simpler time.
God´s Speed.

Mike was a good friend and teammate at Burke. I appreciated his leadership as quarterback of our Burke Reserve football team. He was a solid guard on our sophomore Burke basketball team. I´m going to miss him. Gone too soon. Happy I talked with him briefly at our 50th reunion. My condolences to his wife and family.
