Preceded in death by son, Nicholas; mother, Rose; father, James; brothers, Steven and Michael.

Survived by children, Angela Kolvek (George), Patrick Kolvek (Haleigh); brothers and sisters, Jim, Robert, Denny (Tammy), Sheri Lamb (Scott), John (Stacy), Mary "Katy" Dickerson (Nathan), Rose Kolvek; many nieces and nephews.

VIGIL SERVICE: Sunday, January 30th, 6:30pm, at West Center Chapel with family receiving friends from 4:30-6:30pm. MASS OF CHRISTIAN BURIAL: Monday, January 31st, 10:30am, at St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church. Private Interment.

Memorials may be directed to the family.

I will miss Gary's smile, his generous love for his family and friends. He leaves behind more friends than he could count. We all love and miss you, Gary! But of course, you know that. God bless you and your family.
