Preceded in death by his parents, George Clayton and Martha Jane Wanek; brother and sister-in-law, Tom and Deanie Wanek; and stepson, Shane Riebersehl.
Survived by his wife, Margarita; his brother, Mike (Bonna) Wanek; stepdaughters, Renee (Bill) Connealy, Pamela (Steven) Sparough; many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, stepgrandchildren and friends.
NOCTURNAL ROSARY: Sunday, November 3rd, 1 p.m., at Christ the King Catholic Church, followed by VISITATION from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m., with VIGIL SERVICE at 3:30 p.m. MASS OF CHRISTIAN BURIAL: Monday, November 4th, 10 a.m., at Christ the King Catholic Church. INTERMENT: Tuesday, November 5th, 11 a.m., at St. Joseph Cemetery in Gildner, NE.
Memorials are suggested to Christ the King Catholic Church, Institute of Priestly Formations or St. Jude’s Hospital.
