Your Mom was a very special person. She always made others feel special too. She always remembered my name. She made every one seem like they mattered. And she surely mattered. She will be missed. Prayers and blessings to all.

Dear Jan, Tim and Family,
I knew your mom through the stories that my mother would share with me. They were members of the Methodist Church together. I know she provided wonderful memories and fun for all of you and that continued with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. We will keep your family in our prayers as you adjust to life here without her. My mother will welcome her Methodist friend, who loves to read as much as she, with her in Heaven.

I know how much her family will miss her. Hazel was such a sweet person with always a kind word for everyone. I don't think she ever forgot a name. She will be missed greatly.

We want to wish you all of the comfort and yet joy in the celebration of Hazel's life. She was so active, influential and always seeking knowledge. I think she loved reading more than many people I have ever known. We are blessed to have had her as our neighbor!

Dearest Chuck, Jan, Tim, Chris and family, I was lucky to have known Hazel and to have been able to share time, and family with her, although not nearly enough. Such a lovely, caring person, always easy to talk with and interested in others. I know how much you will miss her. I'm grateful for the years I've had knowing her. Love, Joan
