Perchal, Sr. Survived by sons and daughters-in-law, Adolph Jr. and Claudia, Jim and Sharron, Frank and Georgia, Fred and Cindi, Robert and Janet, Dan and Paula, Rick and Cheryl; daughters and sons-in-law, Elaine and Malvin Witt, Janet and James Hawkins, Darlene and David Smith, Therese and Marty Lenhart; 33 grandchildren; 55 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends Sunday, 5-7pm, with VIGIL SERVICE at 7pm at the West Center Chapel. MASS OF CHRISTIAN BURIAL Monday, 10:30am, St. Patrick Catholic Church, Elkhorn. Interment, Calvary. Memorials may be directed to the family HEAFEY-HEAFEY-HOFFMANN
