January 6, 1936 - August 28, 2024
VISITATION: Friday, September 6, 2024, from 4 to 7 p.m. at St. Leo the Great Catholic Church, 1920 N. 102nd St., followed by VIGIL SERVICE at 7 p.m. MASS OF CHRISTIAN BURIAL: Saturday, September 7th at 10 a.m. at St. Leo the Great Catholic Church. Interment, Calvary Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials to St. Leo the Great Catholic Church or Institute for Priestly Formation.

We are so sorry to have missed Herm´s services. Enjoyed many years of playing Bridge with he and Ellen! He was a wonderful man with a quick smile and always a happy greeting. He will be so missed! Rest in Peace dear friend! Our condolences to his lovely family!

Herm was a blessing. My backyard neighbor with a smile and a wave, a good natured friend.. Herm was exemplary in so many ways: The way he lovingly raised is kids, generously gave of his time, constantly lived his faith.
If I get to see Herm again, I'll know Imade it to heaven.

Herman and his wife have been close friends to me and my wife for a number of years. He was a man of mild manner with many virtues such as generosity, competence, and morality.
